In addition to your comments, I'd add the article's myths about sugary liquids contributing to tooth decay (sticky sugars do, washed away liquids do not) and harping on the evils of sodium (if you happen to have sodium-responsive hypertention, restrict salt; otherwise, who cares?) Registered Dieticians are the worst of a bad lot. They are incapable of designing proper diets for sick hospitalized patients (after 9 years as a pediatric critical care nurse, I know this as a sad fact).
