Wednesday evening workout- Drill Max drills

This evening I decided to go with Drill Max. I did the cardio drills only. This was one heck of an interval workout. I actually didn't think it would be all that hard, so I even had Low Impact Circuit out and was going to do the all 4 blasts premix after the drills in Drill Max (yeah right) I was really tired by the end so I decided to quit there.

I know the workouts tough, but I felt really tired and weak through each drill. TTOM is approaching any day, so that might have something to do with it. I burned 357 calories.

I will remember to keep this one in mind next time I want to do another interval workout.
