Tuesday evening workout- Lower Body

Hi,

This evening I did lower body from my 3 day split rotation. Before I tell you what all I did, I must tell you that if you ever wonder if a dyna band can break, IT CAN!! Mine broke on me this evening while doing outer thighs. It didn't get my face, but I was lucky. I had a purple one so I was able to continue with the workout.

Here is what did.

Gym Style- Squats 30 lbs- 3 sets

Gym Style- dead lifts (with a 3 lb weight under my feet) 30 lbs- 1 set

dead lifts (stiff leg- standing on high step) 30 lb- 2 sets

Gym Style- Calve raises- 2 rounds (on fire!!)

Gym Style- Inner thighs- 2 sets

Gym Style- Outer thighs- Vertical outer thigh press w/band- (this is where my band broke)

Gym Style- Outer thigh raise with band

Gym Style- Glute Tucks w/band- 2 sets

Gym Style- Tibialis anterior toe pulls- 3 sets

Butts & Guts- Abs & stretch

This workout was an hour and I was fried by the end. Another great workout!!!!
