I like strawberry Myoplex Lite and orange Betagen. I was always big

into the EAS chocolate 100% Whey Protein, but lately I'm grossing out

on the standard strawberry/chocolate/vanilla protein shakes. I've been

enjoying the Syntrax Nectar flavors instead. I just ordered some

Caribbean Cooler. Lemon Tea was pretty good too. Tastes a lot like

Skwigg,

This may be a silly question, but what do you mix the Nectar up

with? Can I just mix it w/ H2O? THANKS!

So far I've only tried ice water. I'll definitely try mixing the

coconut flavored Caribbean Cooler with my pineapple bruise juice, but

that's an experiment I haven't performed yet.

Just remember to stir the stuff with a spoon. It mixes really easily.

Putting it in a shaker bottle turned it to foamy fluff.

I actually tried all of the Nectar flavors...and yes as said misxing them

with a spoon is the best way...or if you have a little whip..if you do the

Skaker..it does get all foamy....I nomrmally just mix it with water (just right

out of the tap...) and about 6-8 ouncer of water...it's just a personal

thing...But aren't the Nectar good??? yum yum yummy..~LG

Hi, I'm new on this board but did BFL several years ago...lost about 20

lbs and was in the habit of eating good and working out reguraly but

somehow over the past couple of years I've gotten out of those habits

so I plan to start BFL again on Monday...it's the only real plan I've

ever stuck to, probably because it's so easy and structured (well the

workouts aren't that easy but you know what I mean). Anyway, I was

just wondering what supplements you all use. I used to use Myoplex

Lite, Phospagen, Betagen and the fat burner, which I loved. I can't

use the fat burner any more though becuase I have HBP (which I think

the fat-burners contributed to!). Thanks,

Usually muscle soreness, but BetaGen also has creatine in it which

hydrates the muscles .. you can read more here:
