BFL rules of no snacking:

for the woman who is having trouble with 5pm snacking:

When I do badly, when I succumb to sweets, I eat a protein bar. So no

damage done. I use it for a snack when my chocolate-resistance is low.

My ultimate protein bar is 1/2 MET-rX protein-plus chocolate roasted

peanut, balanced carb/protein

My other 2 bars are Body for Life, and Zone
