So no damage done. I use it for a snack when my chocolate-resistance is low. My ultimate protein bar is 1/2 MET-rX protein-plus chocolate roasted peanut, balanced carb/protein My other 2 bars are Body for Life, and Zone - Etana Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
