Guest guest Posted April 3, 2007 Report Share Posted April 3, 2007 Jen's Weigh-In for Monday, April 2, 2007January 1, 2006: *209.8*LAST WEEK'S WEIGHT: 207.6 THIS WEEK'S WEIGHT: 207.0LBS LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK: LOSS of 0.6 lbs MILEAGE (based on 1 mile = 15 mins): 8 equiv. milesTOTAL MINUTES OF EXERCISE: 120 minutes 5% Weight Loss Goal:199.3110% Weight Loss Goal: 188.82 Waist Goal: 30 inches ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT RANGE: 97 - 123 lbs I lost a little more weight this week, I'm sure that it's from the sinus infection though...I don't have much of an appetitie. I didn't play volleyball all last week in hopes of getting more rest, I didn't work though since I feel even worse...my ribs feel broken from coughing so hard! Anyway, I did bowl last Sunday and I plan on bowling again this Friday and I will play volleyball Monday and Wednesday this week, since nothing seems to make me feel better. Enough of the pity party!
