I totally recommend this book to you! My bf had a copy laying around and i always wanted to read it so he suggested we work through it instead of just reading it. We're doing the morning pages and are in week two! Its EXCELLENT for someone trying to re-capture their creativity. It takes you deep inside yourself to unlock your creativity. That sounded so trite but it really does. Be prepared to experience a lot and have fun doing this :)And don't worry about it - we all let 'everyday life' get in the way of our art/creativity sometimes i jsut can't be helped. Theres also a point in every artist's life where you get blocked or just turn away from art. I think its necessary to the entire process. Every artist i know has come back really well from points like that.Any more questions or if you just wanna discuss something email me:)Get the book! Don't think about it just do it and you'll find yourself smiling hard for no reason a lot tee hee.

I used to be a creative personbut my creativity has been crushed by the demands ofmy very uncreative job and demanding home life! I'dlove to re-capture that part of me. Is the bookhelpful for someone like me?Oh, I second the recommendation for the stability ball- you can use it for lots of things - even as a weightbench! And, size is important. I'm not sure what therecommendations are for each height classification -but I'm sure you can find that somewhere on the 'net(if no one here knows!) I'm excatly in the middlebetween the smaller sized ball and the bigger one! LOLTake care,Donna--- kris alcs
