Calories Eaten Today Total: 1356 source grams cals %total Fat: 41 366 27% Sat: 17 152 11% Poly: 7 59 4% Mono: 8 72 5% Carbs: 161 483 36% Fiber: 40 0 0% Protein: 121 485 36% Alcohol: 0 0 0% This was without fussing too much just kind of balancing my carbs and proteins and trying to stay with lower fat foods...and it came out almost perfect.
