There is a web site for the workouts called www.t-tapp.com. It's kind of like Callanetics but with more movement. It's an odd workout - no music, just instructing in what looks to be her family room. A lot of people use her workouts for rehab, but they really tighten your muscles. I am testing to see if her claims hold up.

Going to 75 today which is going to be nice as it will only go up to the mid to upper 40's for the rest of the week.

You have the same exact weather as we do Kathy. I was so disappointed when I saw the weather this morning and they talked about how beautiful it was going to be today, and then tomorrow and the remaining of the week, highs in the 40's. That will feel so cold. We haven't even had to wear coats lately.

About your workout... I have never seen of the T-tapp workouts, what type of workout is it? I know I should probably already know this.

I have several of the workouts but haven't done them in a few years. One of her trainers was on the firmlist for years, and went on a couple of firm trips with me, and she is still at the yaya's forum. I have mixed feelings about it. I guess I should pull it out again.
