It's an odd workout - no music, just instructing in what looks to be her family room. A lot of people use her workouts for rehab, but they really tighten your muscles. One of her trainers was on the firmlist for years, and went on a couple of firm trips with me, and she is still at the yaya's forum. I have mixed feelings about it.
