Guest guest
I've noticed lessened PMS symptoms and lighter periods also. It might not be a bad idea to do a pregnancy test though. Part of that is because when we eat right and exercise our estrogen levels change.
Guest guest
I've had that problem , but mine is from overtraining and getting down under 10% bodyfat. I can't remember the last time I had my period, but I'm gaining weight now, so I'm hoping it comes back. I'm only 25, so I want to have kids! My body fat is NOT in the single digits. I'm not even in the 20's yet, so what's going on? Has anyone had their cycle do weird things during the challenge? I've been really stressed out just wondering what's going on! I'm 43, so it's possible that I'm going into menopause, but I've had no other symptoms. Just really wondering if anyone else has had this experience. - Do or do not. There is no try. Yoda, 'The Empire Strikes Back'
Guest guest
Same thing has happened to me I am 5 foot ten and weigh 128...on a good day.Trying to get more muscles...genetically I am a ectomorph. My periods were coming every 3 months and then they were light. Went and thought it was early meno...doctor said to get my body fat up. I have weighed a lot less, and I am naturally thin, so didn't know what was going on!! She said thin women have more problems with estrogen than heavy women.
