We're flying up to Cleveland, OH to pick up a car for a friend of ours and drive it out to Reno, NV. Yes, I said DRIVE TO RENO, NV! We're making a couple of stops along the way, but I am concerned about getting good enough weight workouts in while we are on the road. I know I will be able to do weights at my sister's house in Ripon, WI on MON (we're stopping up there to pick her up and kidnap her along with us - she's having her 40 BD and no one to celebrate with!) so that takes care of that lower body workout day. Cardio days should be OK since I can take our dog on a run during stops on the road. I'm guessing we'll be somewhere between Cheyenne, WY & Reno, NV on WED so I may just have to take my bands with me to do my upper body weight training and we'll be driving from Reno to Las Vegas in a rental car on FRI or SAT so that may be the tricky day. It will be lower body so I guess squats, lunges and steps at the hotel may have to do. I'm not sure if the Luxor has a gym or not but I'll check. We fly back to Atlanta on Monday - rubber bands again I guess for Monday. Sorry to ramble on!
