hi Everyone,

Today's workout was scheduled to be a " cardio &

sculpt " I went through my collection and thought I'd

try a semi-virgin - Step,Power & Pump with Donna Read

(it is CIA 2403) . I know I have done this workout at

least once before and managed to get through it, but

for some reason today I had two left feet and was

totally frustrated by the warm-up alone! After two

attempts to get through the w-up, two attempts to get

through the first step circuit, I finally gave up and

popped in CIA 2505 w/ Spreen (Kickbox

Bootcamp, is the " name " I think!) This one was much

better - straightforward,basic athletic choreography

using a step but with some kickboxing and light weight

sculpting thrown in (although the weights are light,

you'll feel it from the reps and the variations on the

standard moves). I ended up having a good workout!

YAY! I'm not sure why I was having so much trouble

with CIA 2403 - I'm wondering if it is a combo of not

having done straight step for awhile, plus my mind has

been very cluttered lately. I have a million work and

home projects to do and I can't seem to get anything

accomplished in either place. UGH!

Tomorrow was going to be another TLT, but I may change

the plan a bit and do cardio & pilates or cardio &

yoga. The TLT I did the other day was very sneaky,

each day I feel a little soreness in a new place, plus

the workout I did today had a functional flair to it,

so I don't want to burn out too soon on this type of

workout. I'll play it by ear.

Anyway, hope everyone has a great day!

Take care,

Donna
