Hi Everyone,

Lately people who advertise free on our list have been sending ads

improperly. Please review our list policy on emailing ads. ALL ads

must be approved by either or I before you can submit it to

the list.

Also, some are not beginning the ads as we've asked. Here's how we'd

like you to do it:

1. ALL ads must be approved before you submit them to the list:

Please write to the owners addy for approval.

2. Subject line should begin with the word AD, that way those not

interested can skip by the email.

3. ALL ads must begin with: 'This is being posted with the listmom's

permission. ALL emails must be off-list to: (put your email address

here)'.

If you've been submitting an ad and aren't seeing it on the list it

is probably because you don't have approval, or aren't following the

correct ad format.
