Hi Kacey,

Your success and your enthusiasm is inspiring. With your determination and attitude you will certainly be able to maintain these wonderful results. You certainly have earned them.

I am thrilled you love Life Lift so much. Your description is so great. I know it can be deceiving because it does feel so gentle and serene. But the truth tells in those who do it correctly. The process of doing the breathing this way causes the body to absorb the oxygen like a slow suction in and it is able to hold the oxygen in the cells. This is why you feel so much from it. I find that it is so relaxing and yet it exhilarates me. It is an amazing combination of feelings. It is like a high and yet you feel so serene. I do believe it is a combination of many things that causes the feelings we get. I once worked with an extreme athlete who was so skeptical he was certain it could not possibly do anything for him. I had him do a few with some abdomen exercises. He said he felt like he had done hundreds of crunches with just a few of the Life Lift breaths. It was great. I loved watching his face as he did them. he looked flabbergasted.

I still laugh when I think about it. But it really is wonderful. I am so glad you found out so you could enjoy these fabulous results.

Good for you,

Rashelle

Hi Liz,

My daughter, Nora, who is 13, and has CMT diagnosed last fall, is also a rider.

We have a young horse, Pagan, that Nora rides. She has to mount from a high

mounting block, but other than that does not seem to be hampered in her riding.

It is really the only sport she likes, so we hope she can be riding for the rest

of her life. We are also (slowly) working on

teaching Pagan to drive and she surely could do that no matter what.

Thanks for the inspirational posts, you all!

Hi,

I'm sure this wasn't your intention, but it almost sounds

like you're implying that Christians are bigots. While I'm

sure that may be true for some, it's certainly not for *me*,

as a Christian. The implication is as offensive to me as being

referred to as a Nazi must be.

Hello,

You are most certainly welcome here at the Toiletries List. I know that you

will find that the majority of the members are generous and knowledgeable

people. Feel free to post your questions as well as any answers that you

have :)

From time to time there are those individuals, who for some reason known

only to them, decide that they need the attention and fire shots across the

bow of the List Admins. Each one is handled and List life goes on.

Wishing you a warm welcome!!

Now people, we all need to chill out.

I believe in freedom of religion, and freedom of speech...

I do NOT believe ME or ANYONE has the rights to tell someone else what

God-Goddess to believe in, which religion or belief is better, or what

thoughts to have & express.

I am sorry for what I said, I could have stated my thoughts in a different

manner, and I'm sorry if people thought I have grievances against the

Christian community..I don't.

Though I wasn't around when WW2 was going on (my parents & grand parents

were), I have a 'thing' against Nazi's or the speaking of someone (a Jewish

person yet) being a Nazi.(ps..im a Jew too =)

When I signed up for this chat, the rules speculated 'Soap & Toiletries chat

only' (as well as no mention of suppliers), and I thought all people wanting

to join had to read these rules before joining this group?

Veering off to religion or war or natzi's -to me- (and no, I'm not a mod)

seemed highly inappropriate.....

I should have taken more time to word my sentences better.

Once again, it is NOT up to me, or anyone to choose what is right, and what

is wrong....

and I am very sorry to those who have taken great offence (was soooooo not

my intention) & who have taken time out of their busy days to express your

views instead of asking me personally what exactly I meant to say.

Wow..

can we all go back to soap talk now and all get along?

Thank you Earl for your comments. Not to worry, I am not looking for a

diagnoses, just your opinion. :)

I took a look at the Hallelujah diet you recommended and tho I could not find

the place to download it, I read " Rhonda's Recipees " and it is pretty close to

what I am all ready eating. If there is a download tho, I sure would like to

find it!

The Barleygreen or Vital Nutrition sounds a lot better than all those

supplements I am taking. Tho my concern about raw cabbage juice is that it is

goitrogenic and works like an antithyroid unless cooked???

Interesting you mention hiatal hernia. I had one once and yes, it was corrected

the way you mention. But I was younger, had to go home and pick up babbies. It

got somewhat pulled out of place so I had to go back and have it done a second

time. Although that was better, it was still hard not to lift children who

needed it. However, this was years ago. My " baby " is 20 years old so I think

that will not interfere if I need to get it corrected again. lol I am just

wondering if that could still be a problem. Maybe a weakness is still there, or

maybe it would have hurt years ago if there was.

I am completely open to the Thyroid Regeneration protocol, especially if it will

heal my thyroid AND candida! I am just not sure which one to get since my

condition is complicated. Or maybe once the reflux is healed (a dream to me), it

won't be?

I agree about not putting drugs in my body, especially synthroid + cytomel. I

have never taken much allopathic medicine my whole life so when I was told I

would have to be on this for the rest of my existence, I was very upset. I would

be more than thrilled to get off of the stuff and its why I am here. I just have

to take it until I don't. That is, I have tried to go without and I get too sick

or weak.

Yes, I agree with you on the simple life. I live in the woods, grow herbs in the

warm weather, eat organic, and meditate. Now, if only my thyroid would catch on.

I'm Rh Negative and I think it may have contributed to the Mercury toxicity I

suspect my son has because the shots (Rhogam)

they gave me all had Thimerisol (50% mercury) in them. I think there is alot of

have the Rhogam shots.

I'd like to heare more about this.

I had a Rhogam shot after my son was born. 12 years later I had my daughter,

Sharon,

I used to get leg cramps from my sciatic nerve until I had the fusion done.

After the surgery, the cramps went away. It seemed that they always struck

me at night. Good luck in getting rid of them!

Tish

Does anyone have leg cramps around the sciatic nerve and on muscles

close to it?? My whole sciatic nerve is messed up on my left leg

alllllllllllll the way down and around my foot even. But lately I have

been having leg cramps more and more. Sometimes they are right around

the nerve and others they are on muscles close to the nerve. Either

way they are driving me crazy and nothing seems to slow them down. My

dr suggested more potasssium she thoght that would help. I am not sure

if its from walking more OR the fact that the nerve is getting worse.

But I HATE waking up with them from a deep sleep, jumping out of my

chair and hopping around on one foot trying like hell do get them to

stop. Another new fun thing to deal with I guess, but one I could sure

as hell do without. Any help would be appreciated, as these are

driving me nuts. Thanks Sharon Group Owner

Thanks Tish I guess I'll have to wait till I have the ADR done or go

for a fusion either way I am doing one by fall. I can't sand living

with this pain any longer, it seems to be getting worse and worse

each day. Similar to what happened to me before my last surgery on

my back. By the time I had the surgery I was ready to die from the

pain it was so bad and NOTHING helped control it at all. I am hoping

it won't get that bad before I can get something done, but all the

signs say its getting worse no matter what I do :( I'm glad you got

rid of them, I HATE waking up with them. Thanks Sharon Group Owner

Subject: Kombucha drops...

I think i've posted this question before, but does anyone

here know a

recipe for making their own kombucha drops? I know that you

can use a

garlic press and a piece of muslin cloth to extract from the

mushroom,

but how much alcohol would you use to extend the life of the

drops?

Thought the drops would be a good thing to take along with

the KT! :o)

Thanks,
