Woo Hoo! Very excited about completing week one!

I officially made it through week one! Yesterday was really rough for

me. It is definitely easier to stay on track at work than at home.

Does anyone else experience that? I had a difficult time keeping my

meals on schedule, which left me feeling quite squirrely! Over all, I

feel pretty great though. When my 4 year old woke up this morning, he

said " Mommie, you look beautiful. " I asked him what was different

today than any other day. He said, " You look happy. " He's right, I

am!
