Guest guest Posted March 11, 2007 Report Share Posted March 11, 2007 hi kassia! all of the new workouts sound so peachy, dont they?! yes, some good stuff! i see that the new thing is to publish a 60 min workout, yet provide a 30 min pre-mix on the menu. its nice that they are finally making some use of the technology. im not going to run out and get minna's new workout because i still havent made my way through her 'one minute workout' dvd... i loaned it to my SIL at xmas, should get it back next month at easter. :*carolyn. I got it for Xmas from a couple of my sons. I did all five segments - Slow and Steady Burn, Carb Killer ( kickboxing), Power Blast ( plyometric intervals), Interval Burn (bootcamp) and Metabolism Booster ( with wieghts, compound moves).
