Hey there... I am trying to get together some short and long term

goals to hopefully follow for a long time to come.

I remember reading something on your site in regards to what you do

throughout the year. It made sense to me and it's nice to change

things up. (maybe you posted it here?)

Anyhow, it seemed simply written and explaind-a good jump off point

for me to do more research.

Do you happen to know where this is, or direct me to another area?

I think maybe you're looking for the way I used to cycle my nutrition

and goals throughout the year? That was in the orange sidebar of my

Actually, the Tom V read was what spurred this quest!
