Guest guest
Hey there... I am trying to get together some short and long term goals to hopefully follow for a long time to come. I remember reading something on your site in regards to what you do throughout the year. It made sense to me and it's nice to change things up. (maybe you posted it here?) Anyhow, it seemed simply written and explaind-a good jump off point for me to do more research. Do you happen to know where this is, or direct me to another area? Guest guest
I think maybe you're looking for the way I used to cycle my nutrition and goals throughout the year? That was in the orange sidebar of my " What I Eat " page: http://www.skwigg.com/id3.html Another good one is Tom Venuto's " The Truth About Stubborn Body Fat " where he talks about the importance of dieting in cycles or seasons rather than just dieting your brains out all year: http://www.skwigg.com/id46.html On 1/27/06, Carley Easton <carleyeaston@...> wrote: > Hey there... Guest guest
Thanks! I knew I saw it somewhere! Actually, the Tom V read was what spurred this quest! Again, thanks a bunch... if I have any ques. I will bounce 'em off the board! > > Hey there...
