Guest guest Posted February 14, 2006 Report Share Posted February 14, 2006 Hello everyone, I posted about 3 weeks ago at the start of this current challenge (2nd) and the next day, I lost internet access...so haven't checked in since. I've been having a hard time this round getting motivated and staying on track. I haven't been awful, but not great either. I have since cleaned up my eating again, but still trying to get in the swing of the workouts again. I've reread the " Crossing the Abyss " chapter and am trying to work out why I'm holding myself back mentally. I find myself thinking, I'll work out after I get myself organized (I am going through major clutter both mental and physical, as in the house). I guess I don't feel very " together " these days. I think if I can get my eating & workouts organized, everything else should fall into place. But I can't seem to get that to happen. Additionally, I found out I have Hashimoto's Thyroid Disease and will have to go on hormones eventually (for hypothryoidism), but not yet--so I'm trying to educate myself on this. I am trying to keep up on the postings here--all your messages are informative and inspiring. Have a good day.
