Flax Seed Oil, how to get the mix right

Ok, so I read the files about Flax Seed oil and I'm thinking to add

this in for a few weeks to see if that jump-starts my results.

So, I need to add 3.5 Tablespoons of Flaxseed oil each day. (1 T/per 45

lbs of body weight, I'm 160 lbs).

That's 416.5 calories, and 45.5 grams of Fat! I'm averaging about 20

grams of fat each day, 160 g protein and 160 g carbs. How do adjust my

intake to allow for this flaxseed oil?
