Guest guest
Tess, I'm behind in my email, but was wondering if you were able to walk 2 days later? My jaw fell reading your triple workout combo! Isn't it totally amazing what the body is capable of? You rock!
Guest guest
Thanks, ! Oddly enough, I never got sore from all this, but I wasn't able to go to sleep that night-- the mind was ready to shut down, but the body just wouldn't relax. Every muscle quivered and jerked, like they do when you hit failure lifting weights. For the next couple of days, I felt off and extremely low energy, as if I were coming down with the flu. I guess I'd just thrown everything I had in reserve into that one day, and it took a while for my body to get back to speed. Heh, I just hope I don't have to push *quite* that hard again any time soon!
