Guest guest Posted February 17, 2006 Report Share Posted February 17, 2006 Well, in the middle of my UBW I realized that it was LBW day!!! (I blame it on lack of caffeine in the morning!). Anyhow, should I just forget it and alternate this way or try to get in a LBW this afternoon? My arms are all wiggly and tired so I don't know about that 2nd workout, but I'll do it if you guys think it's the best plan.
