Very silly questions

Well, in the middle of my UBW I realized that it was LBW day!!! (I

blame it on lack of caffeine in the morning!).

Anyhow, should I just forget it and alternate this way or try to get in

a LBW this afternoon? My arms are all wiggly and tired so I don't know

about that 2nd workout, but I'll do it if you guys think it's the best

plan.

Forget it and move on. Your next weight day will be lower body. You

probably won't have any trouble remembering that it's leg day because

your arms will still be so sore. ;-)
