Hi Everyone,

Going to be busy today - we're actually taking DD to

see the Go, Diego, Go live show. I can't believe I

agreed to that! :)

Anyway, here's my check in for this past week:

Sunday - New Firm Bootcamp (I don't remember if I

added anything on or not)

Monday - Firm Parts Upper Body and New Firm Ultimate

Fat Burner

Tuesday - Firm Calorie Killer (maybe some extra ab

work????)

Wed - Firm Parts Standing Legs & Hips, Thighs & Abs

from BSS3 Kit

Thurs - Rest (sore and needed to catch up on work)

Friday - Tough Aerobic Mix & Core Pilates

I also added on T-Tapp - either primary back stretch

or " basic " each day depending on the length of the

workout.

For April/May I'm going to follow a rotation posted on

the TLT forums, I don't visit there but someone had

posted these on the FitFirmies list - I'm going to

alternate one week from the Blast the Belly Fat and

one week from the Strength Building template so this

way I alternate one week is more cardio focused, one

more strength focused. This should keep me busy until

we go on vacation towards the end of May. I'm going

to just fill in the blanks for whatever the day calls

for. For functional fitness days I'll christen my

TLTs, but if I get bored I'll throw in some other

stuff that fits the category. I may start with

running through the newer FIRMs for some of the cardio

& sculpt days. I made it through all the old FIRMs I

have (been working on that since January) and I'm

really happy with the results - I feel stronger and

have more endurance. I've also lost a few pounds, but

that could also be b/c Ive been trying to be better

about eating - particularly emotional eating. I may

have broken the habit (I hope!) :) Oh, I also like

that these are only 5 days per week of something being

" scheduled " for my 6th workout day I'm going to go

with whatever I feel I need - it may be extra cardio,

strength, flexibility, mind/body - something plain old

weird that doesn't fit into any category, etc.

Here's the plan:
