Guest guest Posted March 21, 2007 Report Share Posted March 21, 2007 good morning, this moring was shapes' bikini body camp sculpt plus workout from the transforming dvd. followed that with redefining's dvd 5 min. legs. squats and lunges with their own twist on this. the scupt plus is more lower body(as light weights are used for compound movements my upper body didn't get the same workout) and that is what i was shooting for today but still nice to get upper back and shoulder work in too. have a great day, kassia Never miss an email again!
