Guest guest Posted March 5, 2007 Report Share Posted March 5, 2007 Hi , I think you probably just need to not worry about keeping up her pace - if you want to get all the reps in that she does you can just pause the DVD and go at your own pace until you finish. Pacing is a big thing w/ balance, and if you go slower you'll probably find your balance more easily and be able to do all the reps. I love the noodle leg feeling!
