Guest guest Posted February 9, 2006 Report Share Posted February 9, 2006 I work out M to Sat and make Saturday my free 'food' day because this is when we normally dine out or hang out with friends. I follow the nutrition program Sunday to Friday. Do you think this is bad? On my free days I do pretty good...dinner it's my off BFL meal and so is dessert... Thoughts?
