Hi ,

That is a great idea to have a " free " day (your 5th

day) as a " try something new " day. I was doing that

for awhile on Fridays. I may go back to it! Thanks

for the idea! :)

You can definately do the Matrix Walk - if you could

do the TJ workout the Matrix is really doable. I

should pull it out again and do it, myself!
