Guest guest Posted March 21, 2007 Report Share Posted March 21, 2007 Hi, This morning I did Kest again and did the hardest of the 3 power yoga routines (so they say), "sweat" I really don't think its the hardest, I think "Tone" is harder personally. This one is 10 minutes longer than the other 2 (50 minutes total) I always feel like I get a real workout after doing any of 's stuff. It's like I get the whole package... strength, yoga, and flexibility all rolled into one. Off to have lunch with my DD. I hope you all have good days todayAOL now offers free email to everyone.
