I haven't seen any results (I posted before post surgical menopause ...got the belly UGH)...well, today I walked right out of my shoes! SO whoo HOOO I have some sexy skinny feet! LOL I am hoping it starts to work it's way up! I am trying to follow the diet on a budget and have done pretty good so far...but I am having a problem getting the afternoon snack in...that seems to be a big issue for me, eating at regular intervals...part is my job is hectic and I can't always plan it and do it...I'll keep trying!
