Guest guest Posted March 10, 2007 Report Share Posted March 10, 2007 Hi Everyone, I'm really looking forward to the time change - DD was up at 5 this morning (so it will be 6 tomorrow morning!) Today was my day off to " sleep in " which means I " slept " until 6 (DH got up w/ DD and made waffles....) Anyway, here's my week in review: Sunday - V1 Monday - V6 Tuesday - V2 Wed - V4 Thursday - V3 Friday- V5 & 's Walk Slim 2 Miles It is easy when you do the Classics to post your week in review! On days when I did a longer classic I did T-Tapp Primary Back Stretch only and on days when I did a shorter classic I did the Basic Workout. Food was okay this week - some slip ups but nothing too terrible! I do better if I eat lunch as soon as I'm hungry - which can be 11 or so! Next week is the Classic Parts, although I'm also thinking of throwing the Prime Power workouts in there, too. I haven't used those much lately. I was thinkking on my Standing Legs day I would add on Prime Power Fat Burning (since it has an upper body focus) and on my Upper Body day I would add on Prime Power Lower Body. We'll see....
