Guest guest Posted February 20, 2007 Report Share Posted February 20, 2007 hi everyone! well, today was my first day back on my usual fitness program.... i had a good rest, it was very functional and i must have burned some calories while working so hard on cleaning up this place that i lost a couple more pounds! today, i wanted to ease back into my video workouts, so i chose to do prevention:walk yourself fit with chris freytag. there are 3 workouts on this dvd -- two cardio workouts and a cardio+sculpt -- also there is an audio cd included (which i will use on the elliptical). these workouts are not hard, but were perfect for me today since im feeling rusty from being away for so long. the workouts are pleasant, and so is chris. id say that they are suitable for experienced beginners and low intermediates (or for other intermediates on a light day)... especially for people who like 'indoor walking' workouts. all 3 workouts use the same warmup and cooldown, which are around 5 mins each. i did the first two workouts on the dvd, and together plus 2 warmups and 2 cooldowns, i was given a 51 minute workout. i really should have added on the 3rd workout as well, but i was feeling a bit lazy. so, i will do that one tomorrow, along with some basic taebo. :*carolyn.
