Thank you Rosemarry, I will definitely try that. Only problem might

be that the stack of weights on the low pulley might get too light

very quickly! But I'll try using it so that at the least, it may

increase ROM... I guess I could also do the same exercise with

dumbells since it would make it easier to keep the weight more in

front (although again, heavy weights will tend to be hard to hold) or

maybe even use a squat belt.

<Since I'm not a competitive athlete, I don't have to worry about

having to excel at any particular form

True enough! Although I do believe that increasing the amount of

weight I can lift properly on the squat might help in increasing even

more my explosiveness...
