I'm also sorry that so many demands are placed upon you and that you aren't getting any recognition for your toils from either work or at home. Ug!I know it sounds cliche, but I would take a long, hot bubble bath when you get home and use the aromatherapy to help unwind and let go. A glass of wine with it also helps :)So the first two weeks in March I hardly drank at all, went 8 days in a row with none then just a few times after that. I lost no weight at all. Then I went back to two glasses a night and I lost 2 lbs. Go figure..I took S.E.T. (strength endurance training) at the gym which is always a butt kicker. I popped in a VHS tape someone gave me a long time ago put out by Gold's Gym called On Target from 1995. I watched it, and liked it! There is an energetic warmup, about a half hour of hi/lo, 12 minutes of upper body with weights, the same with lower body, then a nice stretch. I'd like to fit this in a couple of days this week but who knows, I'm busy almost every night once again..this week, not outstanding but so-so: March 18 – March 24 Sunday Taught Round 29 (60) Monday OFF Tuesday S.E.T.
