Guest guest Posted March 26, 2007 Report Share Posted March 26, 2007 im a bit late with my weekly check-in, but thought that i should still make it. i worked out on only 4 days last week... down from my usual 5-6 days. therefore, my total number of workout hours and total calorie burn for the week is way down. the plan is to get those numbers back up this week!! my weight remained even.... i know that i need to work much harder so that i can lose something, anything! :*carolyn.
