Guest guest Posted March 14, 2007 Report Share Posted March 14, 2007 I had a crazy day today and I'm just getting to mail. My work is just ridiculous - I'm only one person!! No one seems to get that, though. Anyway, this morning I did Firm Parts Upper Body - a compilation of upper body footage from the FIRM Classics. I'm already sore in my chest and triceps from this one. I added on FIRM Prime Power Lower Body - which is another odlie - I believe out of print - it is a more intermediate level FIRM - another appropriate title for this workout could have been " the rear lunge while holding on to a dowel " workout b/c you do about 1,000 of those! Still, this is a good workout for those new to the FIRM or new to strength training in general. And, a more advanced exerciser could always up the weights. I went fairly light since my LB is still pretty darned sore from standing Legs on Monday. I may give it a try with the BOSU next week - it will give me a chance to practice my rear lunges off the BOSU. Tomorrow is Not So Tough Aerobic Mix and the Lower Body Floorwork Parts tape (Lower Body Sculpting??) Hope everyone has a great evening!
