Guest guest
You probably won't want to pick up either of her ab dvd's. Ab Lab is definitely one you DON'T want; the other one she has, the title of which escapes me at the moment, is just " okay " , but would be great for a beginner. Her dance and step workouts are good, but she doesn't mirror. I don't remember what her sculpting workout is like, but I bet it's good. She has a dynamic " stretch and tone " dvd where you stretch through dance movement, it's unique! I mostly just like her, and I always buy whatever I don't have of hers because she is a bright light. The two I did today were really fun. I didn't do the sculpting parts, but at the end of the first one I reviewed there is a compound move scupting section, and on the other one there is a standing abdominal section with weights that I really wanted to do but didn't have time.
