Wednesday evening workout- Total Body Shaping Mix

Hi,

This evening I did The Firm Total Body Shaping Mix. Today I needed my fan, but once I got really hot I didn't want to stop to turn it on. I didn't realize this workout was this long, its also pretty tough as well. I was sweating buckets and even got nauseated a few times, I didn't think the workout was EVER going to end. Those plyo jumps with Jen really sent the heat factor over the top.

I had this one planned for next Friday morning. I am so glad I did it in the evening, I'm not sure I would've made it doing it at 6 am or had the time.

I burned 394 calories, but it felt like I burned 594 calories.

Those of you that have done this workout, do you find it tough? They switch weights A LOT which is typical Firm, but it seemed like I was grabbing and putting down constantly.

Anyway, I got nice and sweaty and felt totally wiped out by the end. I think this workout with a combination of doing this morning just really wore me out. I put in 2 hours of exercise today :P

I'm off here to relax in my oh so nice looking chair.

- I have been eying this workout for a few days to do it and I just haven't had the time. I believe it's 66 minutes long. It's a toughie because you constantly pickup and drop weights. I don't know if it's the best edited of the Firm workouts but I do love it. I may try it again this weekend.

Dang! this sounds TOUGH ! You must feel so accomplished! Sounds like a fantastic two hours.
