Guest guest Posted March 22, 2007 Report Share Posted March 22, 2007 Here I go with the T-Tapp again. I wanted to try the Intermediate today so I did. It's really the same and the beginner and T-Tapp to Tempo workouts with the addition of a few more difficult exercises along with 10 reps of most exercises rather than 8. I am amazed at how much I sweat during this workout and how my muscles tingle when I am done. It is also making my knee and hip problems feel a lot better. I have one more workout left to try - Hit the Floor which focuses on abs so I am thinking of adding it onto TJ Cardio Party or Cardio Party Remix. I wish they weren't so darn expensive. *pouts* I know if I get one, it'll cut into my P90X money. LOLSounds like you're getting great results. Did you take any measurements before you started?
