Guest guest Posted January 4, 2006 Report Share Posted January 4, 2006 [Avert your eyes if you are succeptible to salty & rich food porn...] I just had a chocolate & PB craving, so I made like the old Reese's commercials and " got some chocolate in my peanut butter! " . Take 1 tsp of " Better than Peanut Butter " (which is fortified with flax seeds and is slightly crunchy, or just use regular PB) in a spoon, then top it with 2 or 3 chocolate chips that you have chopped into a few pieces each. Eat in one big mouthful, chewing the chocolate chunks or letting them melt slowly, or take little bites of it until the spoonful is gone. Calories: about 35, and approximately 2 grams each of carb/fat/protein. OK, sorry about that, but after the holidays my sugar tolerance and " expectation " is way up, and I'll be craving little treats like this for another few weeks.
