Guest guest Posted January 2, 2006 Report Share Posted January 2, 2006 Arista and Christie, You know, I totally agree with your about the working out part being so important (even more so than dieting, at least for me). I've totally watched my calories over the last 5 years, and yet didnt see much improvement, if anything I got fatter. I was just watching what I ate, tracking, but not working out except for walking. I've just been doing BFL for a month, and eating the same or more, but working out consistently. I about fell over, when I caught a glimpse of myself in the closet mirror when I got home from work today (I always put on a tshirt and shorts when I get home). Wow! My husband was laughing as I kept flexing and posing in the mirror! Hee heee... Maybe diet is 80% of it, but my diet wasn't making a difference for me, must have been the 20% that switched me from fat to fit!
