Wednesday morning- Pure Strength

Hi,

This morning I did Pure Strength Chest, Shoulders & Triceps. I felt this workout much more then I did the back & biceps for some reason.

Here is the weight I used.

Pushups (both sets on toes YAY)Chest press- 30 lbChest press 2nd set- 35 lbIncline chest press- 30 lbChest press 2nd set- 15 lb dumb bellsChest flys- 15 lbFly/press combo- 15 lbOverhead press- 10 lbClean and press- 5 lbSide lateral raise- 8 lbReverse fly- 7 lbSeated side lateral raise- 7 lbClose grip bench press- 12 lbLying overhead press- 8 lbCross body kickbacks- 10 lbLying over head press- 8 lbdips- held a 30 lb bar bell in my lap.

My back is sore this morning. I think its from a combination of Pure Strength the other day and using that body bar from Spreen's workout. Anyway, that might've been why I burned so much this morning.

Off to walk the dogs!
