Last 4 weeks!!

I start week 9 tomorrow morning at 5 am!! I have lost 5 pounds of body fat and

have gained 2 pounds of muscle weight!! I'm excited about the results, but I'm

going to hit it harder these last few weeks. My plan is to add light cardio on

the weight training days and do more ab work.

I'm thinking that butter that I sometimes use on my baked potatoes and the REAL

maple syrup on my ocassional whole wheat waffle may be hampering my results a

bit, but I'm still pleased with the results. :0

I really regret not taking any before photos, but I did not really expect

results. It was not until after week 4 that I became a believer! Discipline,

sweet discipline!! A concept that alluded me most of my life, but now I'm

understanding the power of discipline.

Okay, off to bed with hubby for some more cardio work!! :-)
