I did Tough Aerobics Mix (TAM) by the FIRM - it is a compilation of the cardio portions of the Classics. There are segments of high impact, low impact, and step. Often you use light weights - I went lighter than I would have if doing the Classics as a whole - since I figured the purpose of this workout is cardio, not strength training. I used my BOSU in place of the step and it worked great! DD can stand on the BOSU - she has really good balance!! I warmed up w/ T-Tapp Primary Back Stretch but I also did the warm-up and cool down on TAM. Since I'm running so late I'd better get moving - Take care!
