I totally agree, ! I don't think this workout is easy at

all! If you don't experience muscle fatigue at the end of the

exercise for that muscle group then you're not loading up your barbell

enough.

The only part that seems easier is the abs, but Jari even says that

thoughout the whole workout your abs should be engaged and doing

cardio is what helps burn off ab fat. As others have also mentioned,

you can do the abs on a stability ball to intensify them.

Great workout!!

This morning I did Get Ripped. Some say this workout is fairly

easy.....
