Eating before working out Question

I don't know who originally asked this, so sorry if I'm answering days

late.

I just wanted to chime in on this one because this 12 weeks (I'm

finishing up my 5th week) I am doing it completely different. I'm

working out at 4pm instead of 6am and I'm eating at least 3-4 meals

before I hit the gym. I'm having fantabulous results. I'm on my last

40-50 pounds and it's incredible how I was prepared for it to come off

more slow because I don't have as much to lose now, but it's quite

different. I feel better in my workouts, my weights have been so much

heavier, I'm not almost fainting in the gym...I never thought I would

like working out later in the day, but it is working for me.

I have had great results working out first thing in the morning too,

but just wanted you to know that if you have to work out after eating,

you should be just fine.
