So a not so good week again. And this morning I know I

needed to wake up early and work out but I didn’t. In my defense, my

oldest daughter had the stomach bug Wednesday night to Friday morning and my

youngest daughter and my son had it on Saturday night to Sunday afternoon. I

wonder why the bug always means throwing up in the middle of the night? My bf

had it last night but I hope it is going to skip me. I often only get a

mild form or nothing when everyone else gets sick. I do need to exercise today

no matter what because I have to do something to fight this depression.

So yes horrible week but I spent the rest of the week up

with kids comforting them, cleaning up after them, washing puked on clothes,

sheets, comforters etc. This week will be better assuming I don’t get

sick. My goal for this week is just any exercise everyday.
