I did this one last week and its a great workout, but not a lot of cardio. I am still trying to get Vol. 2. I've been bidding on a few on ebay, but can't seem to win any :(

I'm glad to hear that 3 lb didn't bother you too much. You are probably right about the eating out thing.

I've been weighing myself every Monday which is probably not a good idea since we do eat out over the weekend. This week I'm down a 1/2 a pound, but for the longest time I'm stuck between that half a pound a just staying the same all the time.

will be better - at least that is my experience in

this little experiment I've been doing. My weight

steadily goes down all week and then Monday is usually

my highest weight after the weekend! This morning's

was the second highest reading - the highest was when

I first started doing this - on a Monday also and I

lost about 3 lbs that week.
