If so, I wonder if they can be used in lotion? Thanks. Rose > I add my silk fibers to the lye water(right after the lye is added), stir > now and then. Guest guest
> Years ago, when I wanted silk, I only found some liquid silk. So I bought that. I've only used it once, in a sugar scrub, and it seemed to be kinda stinky. I would like to try it in soap, tho, and I also will try the castor oil at trace, cos I like big bubbles. Any idea how much liquid silk to put in a pound of cp soap? Sounds like a nice experiment. Silk fibers are under $3 an ounce, and can make 1500 batches of soap (or more, you only need a pinch) Maybe someone on the list has used it. in Cambridge ~~Madness takes its toll, please have the exact change~~
