Thanks. I'm trying to find a way to really kick up my fat loss so

every little tip helps. I'm going to try going ultra-low-carb for my

last two meals (I work out right after work so supper usually falls

around 6:30). I'm talking tuna/chicken, veggies, and water. That's

it. I'm not sure if that'll do it but I'm willing to try pretty much

anything at this point. I'm heading down to LA/Vegas for a 3 week

vacation after this challenge is over so I'd like to melt away as much

fat as I can (so I can bring myself to take my shirt off at the

beach).

That's all the inspiration I need. I'll grab a bag of mixed raw

veggies on the way home =B-).

Adding that after the 20 minutes of death you mean? As it is I

usually do an extra 6 minutes at level 5 just to cool down. Your

saying I should do an extra 20??

Hmmm... I don't like the sound of that. Without my starchy carbs,

what's left? =B-)

If/when I do you'll see it on the website. I'm hoping to have pics up

there at the end of this challenge...but it might be the next one the

way things are going in terms of fat loss....

It's totally okay...in fact...as an example...Bill sometimes uses

his free for fasting purposes.

Yes, I have experienced this from the start. I usually have to

mentally make myself eat.

So free day is coming up and I'm so READY for it. I have my list of

things I'd like to eat, LOL.

Questions for you veterans. Do you still have SIX meals during your

free day? Please share with us what a typical free day looks like for

you.

Thanks!

I love going out for breakfast on my freeday too. A couple of wks

ago, I went to Mc's for lunch and ordered a Big Mac--I couldn't

eat half of it. The idea of it was so much better than it was itself.

I personally usually have 3-4 meals on a free day. I try not to

overdo it because if we eat 10,000 calories not only we'll get sick

but we will also store it someplace! (hips?)

Advertising companies know how to do their jobs VERY well and have NO

conscience regarding the health of what they throw at us.

They are all out there giving the public any line they can to get our

MONEY; cigarettes, fats, sweets, alchohol, sodas, you name it...

It does make me mad.

I know what you mean, Liz.

I do love knowing that free day gives me the chance to try flavors.

The first bite is always the best.

Sometimes, I just savor it and stop there.

Probably not too much, because you have to remember that your

workouts burn calories too...so that's an additional caloric deficic

for the week.
