Hi ,

I definately wouldn't do it if you think it might make

you depressed or worried too much about eating and

your weight. I thought that it wouldn't be such a

good thing for me - but it has almost given me more

" power " over it - y'know - I just refused to let it

affect me one way or the other especially b/c I see

that it is NEVER the same anyway! :) Just interesting

to see the trends.
